How long does delivery take?

Is there a minimum order?

Order minimums and any free-delivery thresholds are still being set. For now, drop us a message with what you're after and we'll let you know exactly where things stand.

How old do I need to be to order?

Yes. Everything we sell is strictly for those aged 18 and over. We may verify age at checkout and again on delivery, and we can only hand over to someone who can show valid ID. No ID, no drop-off — no exceptions.

What's your returns policy?

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us and we'll make it right. Full return and exchange terms are being finalised — until then, get in touch and we'll sort any issue out directly.
